These terms relate to online orders at discountgolfstore.co.uk only. For in-store purchases, please ask a member of staff for our in-store terms and conditions.

Making a Purchase

Browse our store, add items to your basket, and click checkout to complete your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, and PayPal.

If any item needs to be ordered from the manufacturer and delivery will take longer than 5 working days, we'll contact you by phone or email before processing.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. This represents our offer to supply the goods. Your contract with us begins when we send your dispatch confirmation email.

In the rare event that we're unable to fulfil your order due to a pricing error, stock issue, or at management discretion, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or explain the cancellation. Any payment taken will be refunded in full if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

If you're ordering outside Europe, or your order is too large to ship in a single box, additional shipping costs may apply. We'll contact you before processing and your order will not be confirmed until you're happy with any additional costs. You can cancel at this stage without charge.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch by contacting us with your order number. There's no charge for cancellations before dispatch.

If your order has already been shipped, return postage costs apply. If your original order qualified for free delivery, an £8 handling charge will be deducted from your refund. Additional charges apply outside UK Mainland.

Discrepancies with Your Order

If anything is missing or incorrect when your order arrives, email us within 14 days. We'll confirm receipt within 2 working days. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved — we can't investigate damage claims if the packaging has been disposed of.
