The G430 MAX 10K Driver from PING eclipses the 10,000 g-cm² combined MOI threshold, setting a record and making it our straightest and most forgiving driver ever. A fixed backweight, our largest head profile, and a Carbonfly Wrap crown help G430 MAX 10K launch the ball higher with less spin for consistently longer and straighter results. The G430 MAX 10K drivers are designed to have a combined MOI of 10,000 g/cm2 or greater.

The fixed back weight allows for the record-setting MOI as it drives mass down and back to increase forgiveness and optimise the centre of gravity position, lowering spin and ensuring ball speed preservation across the clubface for added distance.

Carbonfly Wrap Crown

An ultra-lightweight composite crown wraps into the heel and toe sections of the skirt. Weight savings are reallocated to lower the CG, reduce spin and raise MOI for increased ball speed.

Largest Profile

PING's biggest head profile to date maximises the USGA-allowable heel-toe and front-back dimensions while staying within the 460cc volume limit. This eye-pleasing shape helps square you to the target and inspires confidence to hit longer, straighter tee shots.

Thinner Face With Spinsistency

The shallower and thinner forged T9S+ titanium face is optimised for more flexing to ensure faster ball speeds and relies on Spinsistency, a variable roll radius innovation, to optimise spin across the entire face for added distance.

Powerful Sound

The multi-material head's sound is less muted and slightly louder than the G430 MAX to give you a sense of even more powerful, satisfying tee shots.

PING-Engineered Shafts

The PING ALTA CB Black offers mid-to-high launch, the PING Tour 2.0 Chrome mid launch, and the PING Tour 2.0 Black promotes the lowest trajectory. The PING ALTA Quick is for high launch from slower swing speeds.

Trajectory Tuning Chart

The lightweight, 8-position hosel enables adjustments for loft (±1.5*) and lie (up to 3* flatter than std.) to further dial in your ball flight for the best results.

G430 MAX 10K High Launch (HL)

In testing, slower-swing-speed golfers gained an average of nine yards off the tee from faster ball speed generated by the lighter system weight of the HL custom build (19g backweight, PING Alta Quick shaft, and Lamkin UTx Lite grip). The shaft is built at 46" to promote maximum distance. The HL build is also available in the G430 MAX and SFT models.
