Next Working Day Delivery - UK Mainland

We offer Next Working Day Delivery as standard on UK mainland orders.

• Order before 12:00 Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) for next working day delivery.
• Orders placed after 12:00 Thursday or over the weekend are dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.
• Free delivery on orders over £50 inc. VAT.
• £4.99 for orders under £50.
• Smaller or lower-value items may be sent via Royal Mail. Large or higher-value items are sent via DPD.
• A pin is required for DPD deliveries, this will be emailed to you before delivery and must be given to the driver.
• A 1-hour delivery window and live tracking is provided by DPD.
• A working day is Monday to Friday only. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from dispatch and delivery.

Bank Holidays: If your order is placed before or during a UK bank holiday, dispatch and delivery will be pushed to the next working day.

EU & International Delivery

• Estimated 3-6 working days from dispatch
• Minimum order £150 before VAT (excluding delivery)

VAT & Customs

• UK VAT (20%) is removed at checkout for non-UK destinations.
• Local customs duties and taxes must be paid by you before delivery - your local courier will contact you.
• Refusing to pay these charges will result in the parcel being returned and courier costs deducted from any refund.

Delivery Issues or Failures

• If you're not in, the courier will attempt redelivery the next working day.
• Failed delivery or refusal: A £8 fee will be applied for redelivery or deducted from refunds.
• Incorrect delivery addresses also incur a £8 handling fee.
• For international returns, both outbound and return courier fees apply.

Address Restrictions

• We do not deliver to BFPO addresses.
• Delivery must be to residential addresses only. Deliveries to business addresses may be refused by the courier and incur additional charges.

Returns & Tax Reclaims (International)

If returning internationally, any customs/tax paid must be reclaimed from your local customs office. We can't process tax-exempt shipments or refund duties.
