Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke HL Single Golf Iron - Graphite Shaft

Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke HL Single Golf Iron - Graphite Shaft

The Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke HL Single Golf Iron is designed to make high, consistent iron shots easier, combining AI-powered face technology with a forgiving deep cavity-back construction. With a low, deep centre of gravity, precision tungsten weighting and an easy-launching profile, the Ai Smoke HL is built for golfers who want more height, distance and forgiveness without sacrificing control.

Ideal for replacing an individual iron, filling a distance gap or adding a forgiving option to your existing set, the Paradym Ai Smoke HL delivers confidence-inspiring performance from a variety of lies.

Key Features & Benefits

• Ai Smart Face™ – Callaway's Ai Smart Face is optimised using pre-impact data from thousands of real golfers. Swing speed, club delivery and face orientation are analysed to create a face designed to produce higher launch, increased spin and efficient distance.
• Longer Long & Mid Irons – AI optimisation allows the long and mid irons to be made ½-inch longer while maintaining precise control and tight dispersion, helping golfers benefit from additional distance without sacrificing accuracy.
• Deep Cavity-Back Construction – The HL's deep cavity creates a highly forgiving head design, helping maintain consistency when strikes aren't perfectly centred.
• Precision Tungsten Weighting – Strategically positioned tungsten places the centre of gravity low and deep, promoting a high, towering ball flight and easier launch.
• Confidence-Inspiring Shape – Longer blade lengths combined with carefully designed sole and topline widths provide a clean yet reassuring appearance at address.
• Dynamic Sole Design – A pre-worn leading edge and variable bounce help the club move efficiently through the turf, promoting crisp contact from different lies.
• High Launching Flight – The low centre of gravity and Ai Smart Face work together to produce a higher flight, helping generate useful carry distance and improved stopping power into greens.
• Exceptional Forgiveness – The combination of the deep cavity, tungsten weighting and dynamic sole provides added stability and forgiveness for more consistent results.

Who Is the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke HL Best For?

The Paradym Ai Smoke HL is particularly suited to beginners, high-handicap and mid-handicap golfers who want an iron that makes launch and consistent contact easier.

It's also a good option for improving players who want more forgiveness and height from their irons without moving to an excessively bulky clubhead. The clean shape and controlled flight can appeal to a broad range of golfers.

Fit & Sizing Guidance

Golf irons are specified by iron number, loft, shaft length and shaft flex rather than conventional sizing.

As this is a single iron, check its loft and shaft specifications against your current set before ordering. This is particularly important when replacing an individual club or filling a specific distance gap.

Because the long and mid irons can feature longer shafts, consider your existing set makeup when choosing the appropriate specification. If you're unsure which shaft flex or configuration is right for you, a professional fitting is recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Paradym Ai Smoke HL a forgiving iron?

Yes. The deep cavity-back construction, precision tungsten weighting and Dynamic Sole Design are all engineered to provide a high level of forgiveness and help maintain performance on off-centre strikes.

What is the Ai Smart Face?

Ai Smart Face is Callaway's AI-designed face technology. It uses pre-impact data from thousands of golfers, including swing speed, club delivery and face orientation, to optimise the face for different swing characteristics.

Does the Ai Smoke HL launch high?

Yes. The HL model uses precision tungsten weighting to position the centre of gravity low and deep, helping produce a high, towering flight that can improve carry and make it easier to hold greens.

Why are some Ai Smoke HL irons ½-inch longer?

Callaway's AI optimisation process allows the long and mid irons to be lengthened by ½-inch while maintaining control and tight dispersion. The additional length is designed to provide potential distance benefits without sacrificing accuracy.

Why is the Paradym Ai Smoke HL available as a single iron?

A single iron is ideal for replacing a lost or damaged club, filling a specific distance gap or adding an individual Ai Smoke HL iron to an existing set. Always check the loft and shaft specifications to ensure it complements your current irons.
