Key to the performance breakthroughs of the R580 fairway woods is the all-titanium contraction and Pull-Face technology employed (the same used in the R500 Series of drivers), which permits thin-yet-strong walls for increased size - the largest-ever for a TaylorMade fairway wood - and superior swingweighting. There's also a sleek sole-design that works in a wide variety of conditions.
That's not all. The M.A.S.2 60-gram shaft contributions to the club's light overall weight, resulting on faster swing speed and greater distance.
