Delivery Times: Standard usually delivery is 2-4 days.

Next Day Delivery: Available if you order before 1pm. (Next day means next working day) UK Mainland Only.

If there is nobody home at time of delivery then a note will be left by the courier. *See below for further information. 

Delivery to Neighbour: If you would like your parcel left with a neighbour, please mark in the comments box provided. (Not available with overseas orders).

*Delivery Failures: If the delivery fails the courier will leave you a note and if not contacted the same day will either attempt delivery the following day or leave the option to contact them to arrange a suitable day, you must contact them within 5 working days (a time cannot be specified, the goods will be delivered between 8.30am-5.30pm). Failing this the goods may be returned back to our warehouse where an extra delivery charge may apply to either attempt the delivery again, or in the case of refunds, refund the cost of your order less delivery charges. If the goods are returned back to us by yourself for an exchange a £6.00 postal charge will apply to send out your replaced goods. If you no longer want the order, then a refund will be given less any delivery costs** that we incurred. (**If the shipping was free with your order a £6 handling charge will apply, if shipping was classed as outside the UK Mainland then the cost of those locations would apply.)
