Detailed Ordering Information: Choose 'Add to Basket' by any product you wish to purchase, you may need to choose what options you require for certain products (like loft, size etc), choose your options and click 'Add to Basket'. You will then be shown your basket contents and their price including local taxes (VAT) charged at 17.5%. You may continue shopping by using our store links on the left hand menu and add more items to your basket.
You may remove items from your shopping basket at any time by clicking on 'My Basket' (available on every page). You need to 'tick' the item that is to be removed in the 'Remove' column, then press the "Recalculate" button.
When you're ready to complete your order, go to the "My Basket" page and simply click 'Checkout'.
Once you click 'Checkout' you will be taken to our secure server. If you a new customer you will need to Register first. If you are already a user, you can just Sign-in.
Once you have Signed-In, you will then be taken to a page where you will need to fill in your credit card details. (Read our privacy policy concerning the security of your personal information). At the top of this page is a list of the products you are going to order, including the price, which includes local taxes (VAT), as per your basket contents. Please check this carefully, if you wish to make amendments click on 'Change Quantities or Remove Items' and amend the products you wish to purchase. Then you will need to return to the Checkout page and continue to enter your credit card details.
If you have selected shipping outside Europe, or large amounts of items are ordered and cannot be shipped in one box, than additional shipping costs may apply, in which case we will contact you before processing your order. Your order is NOT confirmed or processed until you have been notified and are satisfied with these additional costs. You may still cancel your order at this stage.
