In the event that you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Centregolf you may return it unused, in the original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. This amount excludes all delivery costs. (If you were not charged for delivery when you placed your order a £6 handling charge will apply). If you require a replacement rather than a refund a £6 delivery charge would apply to send the replacement item to you.
Please note than if you have any discrepancies with your goods once delivered you must notify us within 7 days by email.
Please note: we cannot offer refunds on custom fitted equipment.
Please send the goods with a letter explaining your requirements and the original proof of purchase to: Stephen Cole, Discount Golf Store, The Brentwood Golf Centre, King Georges Playing Fields, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 5AE using a signed for service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the equipment.
