The Galvin Astor Waterproof full zip jacket in GORE-TEX® Waterproof Performance Shell fabric features GORE-TEX® stretch inserts which are used on back and arms to maximize freedom of movement in the swing, it is also is extremely breathable. Equipped with a chest pocket, back pocket and inside pockets. Adjustable chest and bottom edge, water repellent zippers and rain channels in the sleeve-ends.
Features of the Galvin Green Astor Waterproof full zip jacket include a "Jacket" back pocket with zip closure, cuffs with touch and close fastener and integrated “rain channel” to lead water away from front of hands, drawstring elastic bottom edge for width adjustment, GORE-TEX® stretch inserts with stretch to maximize freedom of movement, 2 inner pockets, one on each side chest, with zip closure, mesh lining in light weight mesh fabric for reduced weight and increased moisture transportation and a tab on each side of the back with touch and close fastener for chest width adjustment.
The Galvin Green Astor features a Dry Layer - GORE-TEX® Performance Shell which is totally waterproof, Guaranteed To Keep You Dry™ and has maximum breathability that enables the release of excess heat and moisture and well as durable waterproof protection. A perfect fit and maximum freedom of movement, specially developed for golfers, inlcuding a soft and smooth outer materials provide comfort and excellent drape characteristics. The garment is extremely hard wearing and long lasting, easy to wash and maintain, just regular machine wash and tumble dry.
Tech facts
The GORE-TEX® membrane contains over 1.4 billion microscopic pores per square cm. These pores are 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet, but 700 times larger than a water vapour molecule, which makes the GORE-TEX® from the outside, while allowing perspiration to escape from the inside.
