'FLY FAR, FLY STRAIGHT ... BUT DON'T STOP' |
|
| Strengths: |
Not affected by crosswinds or headwinds anywhere near as much as other balls I've tried.
Durable, easily last a few rounds without getting scuffed. |
| Weaknesses: |
Like hitting a snooker ball on to a green ... no real feel there at all. They are consistent, just very hard and don't bite - although some of the blame for that is my technique (or lack of it).
This is less of an issue in the winter where the soft greens mean the balls stop pretty quick anyway. |
| Overall: |
Personally i like them and use them when it's windy or wet (but only pay £12 a dozen online).
I have stopped using them in the summer as they just seem to roll forever, which is nice on a drive - but a nightmare when pitching. |
